In the chat widget settings, only offer emojis that are available worldwide for desktop

The flag emoticons are not visible in the latest desktop (!) without installing additional extensions Edge and Chrome releases. However, these emojis are offered in the format of the welcome message. See, for example, the GB and NL flags.

Unfortunately we're not able to add this feature, since this is a limitation of Windows. Windows does not support emojis for all flags.
