At the moment, it is not possible to have the chatbot send documents or attachments. The chatbot is able to send URL's to a document. Please find more information here: https://get.watermelon.help/en/use-case

We would like to request a feature that allows the bot to automatically send a photo in response.
For example: when a customer asks for a map of a location, the bot would send a relevant photo from the scraped website.
Or the possibility to add an instruction where you can attach a specific photo. For instance, if a customer asks for a map, the bot would automatically include the corresponding image added into the instruction.
