The option for customers to choose every how many days they want their conversations to automatically be closed.

Now conversations are being closed automatically every 4 days. For some customers this might be too frequently. It would be nice to give customers the option to choose themselves every how many days they want their conversations to be closed.

If a user hasn't responded after a certain time (for example, 1 hour), the conversation could be automatically closed. This would help keep the overview neat and organized. The user can always start a new chat if needed.
It might also be useful to share a reference number or ID, so if someone refers to a previous conversation, it can be easily found in the archived chats.
