Fill in fields automatically sometimes not working

When a customer adds information in Edge, like name, email, it is not automatically filled in in the fields.

Also no contact is shown in contact.

1) Edge Version: Version 139.0.3405.86 (Official Build) (64-bit)
All extensions are turned off so they can't interfere
2) Tested with Milou (support) with Chrome and it works
3) Only tested ourselves (we started as a new relationship)
The special thing is that if you read the contacts via the api, a new empty contact is created that is never filled with values from Edge. From Chrome, it works.

What version of the Edge browser are you using?
Have you experienced this issue on any other browsers or just Edge?
Is this issue occurring for all users or just specific ones?
