Chatbot continues to “think”, conversation is also impossible to pick up

Fill in fields automatically sometimes not working

When a customer adds information in Edge, like name, email, it is not automatically filled in in the fields. Also no contact is shown in contact.

When using the Crawl button to crawl a selection, all URL's are crawled

I made the selection and selected all the URLs. That gave me 33 URLs, which I had crawled by pressing button "1" (see screenshot). After doing this, I suddenly see that all the URLs in my project were crawled, not just the 33 selected ones.

Refresh is sometimes needed to see conversations in the new inbox

When a new conversation comes in, it's not showing in the new inbox. It is only shown after refreshing or when cookies/cache are deleted.
