Conversations should be archived/deleted based on customers GDPR settings (AVG instellingen). See their settings in screenshot. Conversations are still visible beyond retention period. Their endusers still see the conversations till january 2025 at least, which shouldnt be the case. Also in exports the customer can also see the data still till at least january 2025 (and maybe longer).
