When an image is sent to the enduser, it is sent as a URL instead. The Whatsapp number is connected to an empty account with an inactive agent. Tried testing in different browser and Windows laptop. In Chad account with active/inactive agent, still worked. I took over one conversation in their account and my images turned into URL's as well.
