Messages sent by human agents not always visible to their customers

Messages sent by human agents are sometimes not visible to their customers. They (our customer) does not see the message in their interface unless they manually refresh the website or clear their browser/app cache and cookies. After performing one of these actions, newly sent messages do become visible for their customers.
Messages sent by agents should appear instantly and consistently in the consumer’s chat interface, without requiring manual refresh or cache clearing.
