In our proposition, many codes and phone numbers are sent via the chatbot.
such as, for example:
Lyca Upgrade Code:

(asterisk))And so this is a problem with every provider we have.

From what I received, this is only the case with the * (asterisk).

- Can you provide a specific example of the text you are using that shows differently across the platforms?
- Have you noticed if this issue occurs with other special characters or just with the asterisk (*)?
- Does the issue persist if you use a different browser or device?
