Bug fixes for Handoff 👋
We're happy to inform you that we released fixes for the bugs we encountered at Handoff:
- Out of office handoff instruction issue: Fixed an issue where, with the toggle on for outside of business hours, handoffs used the business hours instruction instead of the correct out of office instruction. Handoffs now follow the instructions as configured.
- Incorrect handoff out of office hours: Resolved a bug where users on WhatsApp and the Chat widget were handed off outside of office hours, even when the outside of business hours toggle was off. The system now correctly prevents handoffs outside of business hours when this is disabled.
- Out of office message: Fixed an issue where only one, instead of the expected two, out of office messages were sent.
- Out of office message showing incorrectly: Addressed a problem where the out of office message appeared after a handoff even when not actually outside of business hours.
