Bug fixes handing off to team 🛠️

We're pleased to announce our latest update, focused on addressing some important bug fixes in handing off to a team from the Pulse chatbot.

: We've fixed a bug where canceling a queue did not update the count within the specific team. Now, team counts are accurately reflected in real-time, making management and oversight more effective.

: There was an issue where forwarded conversations could not be picked up due to being incorrectly assigned. This has now been resolved, and conversations are unassigned when forwarded, ready for the appropriate team member to take over.

: We've addressed a problem where conversations forwarded by the Pulse chatbot to a team were not appearing in real time within the 'New' inbox. This fix ensures that all forwarded conversations are immediately visible.
