Bug fixes:

Chatbot reassigned to Conversations
: Fixed an issue where the chatbot sometimes got reassigned to a conversation even after it was picked up by an agent. This prevented agents from responding (input bar was unusable until refreshing).
Agent role changing in new accounts
: Resolved a bug where, in a new account, changing any field for an agent would incorrectly change their role from admin to support. Agent roles now remain consistent when fields are updated.
Out of Office messages not sent to WhatsApp
: Fixed a problem where out-of-office messages were not being sent to WhatsApp.
Chat takeover issue
: Addressed an issue where, if the chatbot was "thinking" and you switched inboxes, it became impossible to assign or take over any chat.

Improvements:

Eyecatcher character limit
: The eyecatcher field is now limited to the amount of characters that will be visible when published, ensuring a better fit and preventing text from being cut off.
