Bug fixes & styling improvement 🐛⚙️

We're happy to announce our developers have fixed these bugs:

Conversations & attachments

Messages as 'New' with chatbot active
: a bug where messages were coming in as new, even when the chatbot was active has been corrected to ensure the chatbot processes messages appropriately.
WhatsApp attachments creating new conversations
: the issue where sending attachments in WhatsApp would sometimes result in a new conversation being opened in Conversations. Attachments are now correctly handled without creating unnecessary conversations.
Multiple responses to large attachments in WhatsApp
: an issue where sending large attachments from WhatsApp to Watermelon caused the chatbot to respond multiple times. The chatbot now responds only once, regardless of the attachment size.

Handoff

Handoff instruction not used by chatbot
: a bug where the chatbot was not following the Handoff instruction. The chatbot now properly hands off conversations according to the specified handoff instruction.
Handoff trigger not functioning in sentences
: an issue where using a handoff trigger within a sentence would cause the chatbot to not handoff the chat. Triggers now work correctly even when embedded in sentences.
Chatbot hands off outside office hours
: a bug where the Pulse chatbot was handing off conversations outside of office hours, even when this option was disabled. The chatbot now follows the correct settings for office hours handoffs.

Other

Interactive tester non-response with incomplete Action
: an issue where the interactive tester would not respond if there was an incomplete Action in draft. The tester now responds correctly, even if there are incomplete drafts.

Styling improvement:

Spacing between chatbot and agents in Conversations
: We adjusted the spacing between the chatbot and agents section in Conversations. The spacing is now consistent, improving the layout and user experience.
