Here are our latest updates to improve your experience:

New feature: Crawler Instructions in the Web Crawler 🔎

You can now guide how your AI Agent interprets user questions by adding Crawler Instructions. This feature allows you to translate natural language into specific search terms that better match your website structure.

Why it matters: Using the right terms helps your Web Crawler find more relevant content and improves your AI Agent’s answers.

Bug fixes:

Inbox conversation freeze
: We’ve resolved an issue where an AI Agent would appear to keep ‘typing’. This won't happen anymore.
Conversation export in Statistics
: We’ve fixed a bug where clicking anywhere in the popup would trigger the export. Now, only clicking the actual export button will do the job.
Edit user issue
: Previously, clicking ‘cancel’ while editing a user would still save the selected team. Now, the team will only be updated when you actually save the changes.
Chat Widget welcome screen
: Users without a default or uploaded avatar can now be properly added to the welcome screen again.
Web Crawler status
: The status in the crawler table now correctly updates to “crawling” when you use the Crawl link option.
Unnamed AI Agent creation
: It’s no longer possible to create or activate an AI Agent without giving it a name first.
