Team Assignment Accuracy
: Conversations will now be correctly handed off to the intended team, addressing a previous issue where messages were misdirected.
Eyecatcher Preview
: Fixed an issue where disabling the eyecatcher in the chat widget settings didn't reflect in the Watermelon preview.
Widget Status Stability
: Resolved an issue where widget status (agent/chatbot) would sometimes display incorrectly. This bug occurred during various widget settings changes, channel deletions, or chatbot activations/deactivations. Now, your widget status will accurately reflect your settings.
Dropdown Translation
: In user status we corrected translation discrepancies and improved styling in the dropdown menu.
Automatic User Detection
: In user status we rectified an issue where automatic detection was failing to recognize online users.
Improved Browser Interaction for Web Scraper
: When narrowing the browser and requiring a scroll in the Web Scraper, you can now seamlessly delete URLs without interruptions.
Chatbot Responding
: We addressed an issue where some chatbots were not responding. We fixed this and chatbots will respond as usual again.
Angular Update
: We've updated our platform's Angular framework, ensuring better performance and stability.
Enhanced Widget Loading
: Widget now opens smoothly on first load, eliminating any clunkiness.
Avatar Standardization
: Every avatar for users in Watermelon with no profile picture will now use the .svg image, ensuring a consistent visual experience.
