
Feature Release – Statistics (out of beta)
We’ve replaced the old statistics page with our brand-new Statistics module. Here’s what’s new:
- Custom reports: filter by AI Agents, users, and channels
- Data overview per report:
- Total chats (tile + diagram)
- Human handover chats (tile + diagram)
- Automation degree
- Average response speed
- Average handling time
- Chats during vs. outside office hours
- Conversation topics (tags)
- Flexible time filters: today, yesterday, last 7/30/60 days, previous week/month/quarter/year, or custom
