We would like to share some improvements our developers have been working on. 
Launcher Image Upload

Previously, images with special characters wouldn't display in the chat widget. We've upgraded the image upload feature in the launcher to ensure smoother experiences. Now, when you upload an image with special characters in its name, it will be supported flawlessly.
Improved Chat Widget Experience
We've addressed an issue where users were unable to close the chat widget  during a conversation with Chad in Watermelon. Closing the chat widget while chatting via your browser is now hassle-free.
