Improvements:

Additions to Home
: As you might have seen already, we have improved our Home screen. It now includes amount of conversations, the date, and ways to reach out to our support team!
.doc files removed from document scraper
: We’ve removed support for .doc files in the document scraper, as this file format is outdated, so we’ve decided to focus on more current formats.

Bug fixes:

URLs in Interactive Tester
: URLs no longer open in a new tab when clicked in the Interactive Tester, keeping the experience more seamless.
Chat closed screen timing
: The “chat closed” screen was showing during opening hours. This has now been fixed to display correctly based on your schedule.
Old URL content used by agent
: The agent was sometimes using outdated information from URLs. This issue has been resolved.
Web Crawler timeout
: We fixed an issue where the Web Crawler didn’t complete its crawl within 24 hours.
.docx documents not used
: Newly added .docx documents were not being processed properly. This is now fixed.
Upload errors for larger documents
: Uploading larger .docx and .doc files caused errors in the document scraper. It’s now possible again to upload large .docx files (up to 20 MB) in the document scraper. These uploads were previously causing errors, but everything should work smoothly now.
Language switching during conversations
: The agent unexpectedly changed languages mid-conversation. This behavior has been corrected.
Removed teams still in agent settings
: If a team was deleted, it remained visible in the agent settings. This has now been cleaned up automatically.
