Here are our latest updates to improve your Watermelon experience:

Bug fixes:

Agent handover issue
: We fixed a bug where agents handed off conversations without a trigger. This now works as expected.
Language mismatch
: The AI Agent no longer responds in Arabic when providing order numbers—it will now respond in the language of the end-user.
Agent overview scroll
: Scrolling through the agents overview is now working again.
Stuck on ‘thinking’
: We fixed a bug where the agent would remain in a ‘thinking’ state during conversations.
Inbox formatting
: Adding a line break after a ? or ! now works properly—the space or enter will no longer be removed.
Export issue in AI Agent view
: The export button in Statistics beta now correctly generates reports when viewing individual AI Agents.
Statistics report visibility
: When creating a new report in Statistics beta, it now shows up immediately—no need to create a second one to see it.
Media in social channels
: Documents, images, and audio files sent from Watermelon are now correctly delivered on Facebook and Instagram.
Blank or duplicate team name saved
: Even though the application shows an error for blank team name, it still saves the team when editing. Also, it allows saving teams with duplicate names.

Improvements:

Statistics open beta by default
: The new Statistics beta is now the default view. Long-time customers still have the option to switch back to the previous version if preferred.
Design refresh continues
: We’re further rolling out the new look across the platform. You’ll also spot updated text in different areas to keep things clearer and more consistent. Let us know what you think—we’re always happy to hear your feedback!
