Improvements:

New button for Handoff and triggers:
We’ve added a new button right underneath the handoff feature and triggers for easier navigation and setup.
‘Sitemap’ as first option in Web Crawler dropdown:
The ‘Sitemap’ option now appears as the first choice in the dropdown menu, streamlining your workflow.
Old Web Scraper blocked:
To ensure you’re using our latest and best tools, the outdated web scraper is no longer available for use. The Scraper still contains the information from your website, if scraped, but you cannot scrape new urls.
Assign conversation button change:
In all conversations, only the "Assign Conversation" button will now be visible. The entire type bar has been removed to simplify the interface and improve clarity when managing conversations.

Bug Fixes:

Search in Web Crawler fixed:
The search functionality in the Web Crawler is back in action! You can now find what you need without any issues.
Widget reply issue resolved:
Replies sent through the chat widget (opened via a button) now appear correctly in the widget.
Link encoding issue fixed:
Links containing ‘&’ in the chat widget will no longer convert to ‘&’. Your links will now work as expected.
Out of Office settings fixed:
Changing your out-of-office settings no longer alters your opening hours unexpectedly.
Handoff behavior outside business hours:
When the out-of-office message is turned off and handoff outside business hours is disabled, the chatbot will no longer hand off conversations outside business hours.
