We are excited to introduce our brand new feature:
Actions
! This new feature will let you integrate any software platform or database with just a few instructions. Our chatbot takes charge of programming the integration itself, marking a revolutionary step in the AI world. βœ¨πŸš€
While this feature is still in beta, you can now start using it! You can create a new Action in your Pulse chatbot. Head to the Pulse chatbot in which you want to add the Action, navigate to Actions in the menu bar and then select Actions.

  • We added the option to turn off the queue for the chat widget.
  • We fixed a bug where the out of office instructions for the handoff were used within office hours.
  • We fixed a bug where the handoff on WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook & Website Widget Legacy did not take place.
