Features

Multiple attributes in actions
: It’s now possible to collect needed data step by step in a conversation instead of requiring it all in one message.
Sorting in tags table
: Sort by tag name, creator, or creation date. Go to Tags via Settings and start sorting.
Browser notifications for AI Agent handoffs
: You’ll now get browser notifications when a conversation is handed off from the AI Agent to New (if your setting is “Each message”). Previously, notifications only appeared after the user replied. Go to Notifications in Settings and set your notification preferences.
OpenAI websearch for AI search
: We replaced websearch for AI Search to work even better. This results in faster, more reliable results. You can enable AI Search in the Sources in your Agent.

Bug fixes

Conversation notes
: Notes now always display as plain text instead of HTML, preventing confusing formatting.
Queue pop-up
: No longer remains visible when a conversation is reassigned to the AI Agent or cancelled.
Save button alignment
: Corrected in the instruction category editor.
User avatar
: Fixed issue where creating a user without details showed a broken avatar image.
Interactive Tester scrolling
: Sources pop-up now scrolls correctly.
Yesterday filter
: Fixed inconsistent results.
Crawl button
(trial plan): No longer appears disabled after adding URLs.
Inbox visibility
: Fixed bug where new conversations were not visible in the Inbox, even though the AI Agent continued answering.
Inbox updates
: In chat and Assignee fields now update in real time after a handoff.
Statistics
: Fixed issues where reports didn’t open when switching between them and where reports could be saved without a name.

Improvements

Japanese translations
: Document Scraper and AI search in the menu are now translated into Japanese. Styling issues caused by longer Japanese text were also resolved.
Document scraper & tags table
: Uploading documents or creating new tags no longer changes the avatar shown in the “Added by” column (older uploads remain unchanged).
Inbox links
: Opening a URL from the Inbox now opens in a new tab instead of replacing your Watermelon page.
