New:

Connect multiple Facebook pages
: You can now connect multiple instead of just one Facebook page to a single Watermelon account.
Keep typing without clicking
: The text input now stays selected after each message, so you can continue typing without having to click again.

Improvements:

Updated AI Agent templates
: We’ve given the AI Agent templates a fresh new design for a better experience.
No more toast message spam
: Only one toast message now appears when clicking the “Save” icon multiple times.
Clear overview in Actions
: Added a “no actions published” button to make things clearer when no actions are available.

Bug fixes:

Privacy screen skipped
: Clicking on the eye-catcher no longer skips the privacy statement. It now behaves as expected.
Tag removed after reply
: Fixed an issue where the added tag disappeared once a new message was sent to the customer.
Dropdown display issue
: User names no longer disappear in the “Assign conversation” dropdown when the names are too long.
Unwanted handoff
: Handoff was always triggered when a user wanted to speak to a person — that’s now fixed. Hands off only takes place based on the set-up triggers.
Irrelevant document reference
: The AI Agent no longer refers to documents when the user hasn’t asked about them.
Web Crawler stuck
: Resolved an issue where the Web Crawler would stay at 0% and not proceed.
AI language switching
: The AI Agent won’t change language anymore when users type repeated characters.
