We're happy to share the newest features, improvements and fixes we made for you in Watermelon!
WhatsApp migration
We successfully migrated from on-premise to Cloud hosting for WhatsApp. It's now possible to connect new WhatsApp numbers again, ensuring better reliability and scalability.
Note:
It's necessary to reconnect existing WhatsApp numbers. Please read the email you received regarding this to make sure you reconnect your existing WhatsApp numbers.
New:
  • Chatbot Reassignment Messages:
    When a conversation is (re)assigned to the chatbot, the appropriate preview message ('chatbot assigned') is now shown both in Conversations and in the chat widget. For the chat widget you can adjust the message that is displayed in the chat widget when a conversation is reassigned to the chatbot. You can do this at the 'Lokalize' tab.
  • Action Template Lightspeed:
    We introduced a template for the Lightspeed action, making it easier to integrate with Lightspeed and streamline your workflows.
  • OVIS Action Template
    : We created a template for the OVIS action, making it easier to integratie with OVIS and get information from the OVIS database.
Improvements & Fixes:
  • Action templates
    : We refactored existing action templates for better performance and usability.
  • Office Hours Statistics:
    We fixed an issue where office hours statistics were not loading properly. You can now access and review office hours statistics without any issues.
  • Conversation Count Update:
    We resolved an issue where the conversation count in 'Your inbox' was not always updated in real-time. Now, you no longer need to refresh to see the accurate count.
