We would like to be able to adjust the (side) margins in the website widget. This way, we can use the space more efficiently and you don't have to scroll a lot to look back for your answers on a mobile phone.

When using white as the main color, the text within the text balloons won't be visible. It would be nice if you could change the color of the text as well.

We would like an option to modify the website widget on its own. In doing so, I would like to see the following options: the size of the website widget, its placement on the website and different options for the mobile version and the website.

We would like to have the option to enlarge the text box of the website widget. This would be beneficial when we provide our customers with larger chunks of text.
