We would like to have the option te remove a message that you have send, but is meant for another chat, or a message with a typo.

When there is an error in a message from both the AI agent and an employee, it is desirable to be able to delete this message. Sometimes you make a mistake in your message but you can't edit/change or delete it anymore.
