Feature request:

At the moment, you receive notifications when a conversation is forwarded to a team you are member of. If you are not a member of a team, you won't see the conversation and don't receive a notification.

So as an addition, the option to select for which teams you receive notifications. The idea is to be able to select in the notification preferences for which teams you've been added to, you want to receive notifications.
