- What specific information or keywords do you typically need to search for in closed tickets?
- How frequently do you anticipate needing to reopen closed tickets for further communication?
- Are there any specific criteria or conditions under which a ticket should be reopened?

It would be helpful if 'archived' conversations could still be easily accessed for review purposes. If someone has had previous contact, it can sometimes be beneficial to easily find that correspondence.
See attached file for example how this could work. There are a couple of tabs with 'new', 'assigned' or 'closed'. In the 'closed' section you'll find all conversations that has been closed.

Yes, please! Very helpful to understand recent conversations and state of business. Although it's currently also not available for the Legacy bot. Guess our org didn't feel the need for it. ;)
