Reopen and Search Closed Tickets

Efficient Canid
We would like to reopen closed tickets and search them by content or keywords. Currently, we can only search by name, which limits our ability to efficiently manage and analyze past interactions.

Good news — this feature is currently in development!
We’ll be sharing a sneak peek of the design soon in the Watermelon Community.

Great to hear your perspective, Efficient Canid! Following up on this:
- What specific types of content or keywords are most important for your searches?
- How frequently do you anticipate needing to reopen and search closed tickets?
- Are there any specific security or privacy concerns we should consider when implementing this feature?

Find/see archived conversations

It would be helpful if 'archived' conversations could still be easily accessed for review purposes. If someone has had previous contact, it can sometimes be beneficial to easily find that correspondence.
See attached file for example how this could work. There are a couple of tabs with 'new', 'assigned' or 'closed'. In the 'closed' section you'll find all conversations that has been closed.
