What I find confusing is that all channels are not filtered in the conversation overview.

Chat/mail/WhatsApp/messenger all come in the same list of incoming messages.

What we would find useful is if the mail would be received separately from the other chat channels and not all mixed up with the rest. So two separate lists or an option to filter the channels.
