As a product owner, I would like Watermelon to offer the possibility to handover a conversation payload to another app via Make.com

So that I can consolidate the number of Apps I am using.

Currently it seems limited to Zapier, with the integrated "Handover conversation to agent" and "Handover conversation to team"

Potential Solutions :

Event-Specific Webhook Triggers: Instead of just "Create" or "Update", please add specific lifecycle triggers, such as "Handover Initiated," "Conversation Closed," or "Tag Added."

Pre-Webhook Filtering: Allow users to set basic conditions on the global webhook.

Flow Builder Webhooks (Best Solution): Allow us to place an "API/Webhook Action Block" directly inside the Bot Dialogue builder. This way, the webhook only fires exactly when the customer reaches a specific node in the conversation (like the Handover step or an action)

I made a draft here, the issue is that the webhook is always activated, so every conversation consumes token.
