When disapproving an output from the agent in the interactive tester, there is only the option to creat new instructions. But Watermelon's advice is to tweak existing instructions first

We often edit instructions based on the agent's output. If you use the interactive tester and the answer is not satisfactory, you can then only add an instruction from the tester to the existing instruction. The better thing is that you can go directly into the existing instruction and edit it, I think.
