Possibility to add tags to “New Contact” in Zapier

We would like to request “routes” without a handover because contacts are followed up later and distinguish between service and prospect calls.
Currently, we use the “New Contact” campaign in Zapier to store data in our CRM system. The link with the CRM system works, but this only needs to happen when the “New Contact” concerns a prospect.
At the moment, we are unable to distinguish between service (existing customers) and prospect conversations (new customers) at the contact level.
