Be able to report on how many conversations led to a successful completion, so this will require a feedback module where the end user can be given a score (1 to 10 e.g., "Yes" "No" "Other") in the form of a score. but this should ideally be configurable so that it can be 1 to 5 or some fixed choices in your feedback module, for example "Yes" "No" "Other, namely:" choices after the question "Were you provided with an answer or solution" or "Are you satisfied with the interaction with the chatbot", something along those lines, think of HotJar's feedback module if you happen to be familiar with it 😉)
