In Statistics we would like to see where a customer starts a conversation (at what page) to be able to extract data regarding conversion.

- our potential clients use the chatbot to learn more about our services before they proceed to create a paid account. I can now manually open each chat conversation and see if they went to the “payment page” via web statistics. Preferably, I can automatically see in the dashboard how many (x number or%) of the chat conversations from or after the chat conversation visited the payment page.
- Once a day or once a week would be great. If that's not possible, once a month?
- I don't have anything specific in mind for this yet.
