Good news! We've released this feature.
Now you can track the exact page a website visitor is on! Simply open a conversation, and on the right-hand side in the contact details, you'll see the page they're currently browsing.

Pulse should 'know' on which page a visitor is at the moment he/she starts a chat. Half of the time the question is about the (product) page he is watching at that moment.

See from which URL website visitor is chatting
Feature request:
Some customers would like to see from which URL their website visitor is chatting. This should be visible while live chatting with the website visitor, but it should also be visible for Chatbot conversations (in the data export).
