Show a pop-up in the Watermelon platform when there is a new unassigned conversation

To make it more clear that there is a new conversation that needs to be picked up, you would like to get a pop-up / clear indication that there is a conversation to be picked up.

Right now the notifications get lost in the many browser notifications that are already received.

A notification when an unassigned conversation comes in in the desktop app. Now only a notification is made by the desktop system. If you are doing something else, you might miss this notification. A notification icon with a Count on the desktop logo would be nice. See screenshot.
