Show an error message when a human agent sends a message on Facebook or Instagram that exceeds the character limit.

Now when a human agent sends a message that exceeds the limit (1.000 characters for Instagram, 2.000 for Facebook) in the Inbox it shows as sent, but it doesn't reach the end-user. It would be useful to get an error, so the human agent knows the message couldn't be sent.
