Please add the name of the person who initiated the chat to the exported chat history. This allows users to see who started each conversation when they export the data, making it easier to monitor who is actively using the chat functionality and who is not.

Agree! I think the most important thing is that you can clearly see who said what. In our opinion, preferably together so that you can really follow the conversation.
