Show the photo in conversations when a customer responds to it

Hi Fleur,
We often have customers who send an image or more of a ceiling plate. Then it's up to us to see what kind it is to deliver the right product.
Customers also regularly send multiple images in a row and when we ask a question, the customer clicks on the image and responds to it. We then cannot see which photo it concerns.
We actually receive images every day.
