A lot of our patients indicate they are not sure how to close the chat window. We'd like to suggest to add a little small x or - in the top right corner to help them.

We've already added it to the instructions of the chatbot but still clients struggle to minimize the windows. Especially since it automatically opens they haven't pressed the little cirle in the bottom right corner so this interaction is unknown to them.
