Should the chatbot require support from the human side, it would be useful if users were able to work with quick codes. For example, F11 for “Sincerely, [Name]” and F10 for “Good morning” or “Have a good day”. This ensures that fixed conversation structures that we would otherwise have to type out manually each time can be applied quickly and efficiently.
