Would it be possible to include an extra line with the chatbot name in the export? Then we can filter by chatbot ourselves in Excel. I see that this request also has a lot of votes, hopefully it can increase the priority list and this wmb is a nice interim solution. I'd love to hear from you, thank you!

Are there any updates on this? In the frontend inbox you can already filter on the agents, this is not available in the export

Single statisics/conversations export for different chatbots

When exporting the conversations, all different chatbots are exported at the same time and afterwards, I have to filter for the specific chatbot I want to examine. This takes a lot of time with the amount of conversations all four chatbots create.

Since we have switched to pulse with all our chatbots, we do need this functionality to see what the statistics are for each chatbot, as well as when reporting.
