As a Customer Experience product owner, I would like the end-customer to be see a "Where is my order" button in the widget, so that they can quickly and efficiently get their order tracking.

I would like to be able to add "suggestion chips" in the widget.

For example we can see that we have a bunch of "where is my order?" questions.

Instead of the user typing their request, we would like to provide our users with the top 3 request we have.

The customer would then click the suggestion chip "WISMO" and the text would then inserted in the conversation and trigger the action related to "retrieve order tracking"
