Based on the Chat widget, the AI Agent can see on which page the website visitor is on, and use this information within the conversation.

Automatic handoff: Only forward when there are users available
Via Handoff you only want to be able to handoff when there are users available. If there are no users available (offline), then it should automatically not forward the conversation anymore.
