Handoff: I would like to see a button to forward conversations to an agent

Instead of asking the end user to send the trigger word, it would be nice if the AI Agent can send a button to forward the chat to an agent. This makes it easier for end users to start a live chat

Have the chatbot respond to images

When someone sends an image, the chatbot does not respond and it is unclear to the end user what is happening. It would be nice if the chatbot can send something like: I can't read images, please send me text.
