In the statistics we would like to be able to filter per AI Agent to get data for each individual AI Agent we've built. We want to make an export per chatbot as well.

The ability to permanently delete agents by ourself
At this moment, you can only deactivate agents and you have to submit a support request to permanently delete an agent. We would like to have the ability to delete them by ourselves.

Handoff: I would like to see a button to forward conversations to an agent
Instead of asking the end user to send the trigger word, it would be nice if the AI Agent can send a button to forward the chat to an agent. This makes it easier for end users to start a live chat

Open the correct conversation by clicking on a notification
Once you get a notification of a new incoming message (on the desktop app) it would be nice if you click on the notification it would open the corresponding conversation.
