Feature requests

If you use custom fields in combination with webhooks, you are limited to the number of characters you return in a conversation through the webhook. The limit is now 255 characters. A piece of text in combination with a URL quickly exceeds the limit. As soon as the return exceeds 255 characters, the custom field remains empty. I would like to see an option to be able to send out more text using the custom fields.

When the out of office message has been sent already, do not send again when the customer replies. Also, we would like to see the option to send a second out of office message when a customer replies to the first out of office message.

Type a role in the user settings

The ability to see when an agent is online en when it has been last logged in to their account.

When a chat is picked up by an employee, it now says "support" below it. ability to link a universal input field for each person that then appears below the name. This could be the job title, for example.

There is no save button within company information (under settings). It would be nice to have it, because you get no kind of notification that your edit has been saved. Or some kind of pop-up with "saved".

When I try to edit a username (e-mail address), I can't use a username that is already used. But I don't get a notification when it has been used before. It would be nice to get a pop-up with: "Username has already been used", just like a pop-up when your new username is saved.
