Add extra search options in the Inbox to be able to find a specific conversation in the Inbox The ability to search for specific text or keywords within conversations.

Closed / Archived conversations folder
Folder that holds all (old) closed and archived chat conversations. Currently the only way to read old conversations is by exporting. Would be better if we could view all the old conversations under a Conversations > Archive section.

Agent does not recognize SKU-numbers
The Agent answers inaccurate when receiving or getting asked SKU-numbers, sending wrong URL's (404's) or linking other products.

Ability to format welcome message in chat widget with line-breaks
This feature would enhance the readability and presentation of the welcome messages, making them more engaging for users.

In the chat widget settings, only offer emojis that are available worldwide for desktop
The flag emoticons are not visible in the latest desktop (!) without installing additional extensions Edge and Chrome releases. However, these emojis are offered in the format of the welcome message. See, for example, the GB and NL flags.

Filter on channels in Inbox
What I find confusing is that all channels are not filtered in the conversation overview. Chat/mail/WhatsApp/messenger all come in the same list of incoming messages. What we would find useful is if the mail would be received separately from the other chat channels and not all mixed up with the rest. So two separate lists or an option to filter the channels.
