Unexpected logout from Watermelon account during active use
Users are occasionally logged out of Watermelon unexpectedly. This can occur during an active conversation or when accepting a new chat. The logout happens abruptly, interrupting workflow and potentially affecting response times. The issue appears to occur randomly and is not always preceded by inactivity. There is no warning or countdown before logout. Happens to customer 3485
