Agent keeps answering in specific language and ignores instructions to change to the language of the user

In Watermelon it looks like the Agent is answering, however the message is not shown in Instagram of Facebook.

The account page should remain static unless manually refreshed, and submitted responses should appear immediately after sending, without requiring a manual page reload. Mostly happens on the NL account and most seen at the end of the day around 16.00. Some days everything is ok and some days it happens a lot. Its been showing up since a month. When you have a text with * in it, the text in Conversations, the Widget and the tester are different.

When an Agent takes over the conversation from an AI agent, a button will show to accept the forwarded conversation. Now it is not shown and looks like you are already directly in the conversation. This is reported by BKR; ID 3485
