After connecting 1 channel, I get the notification that I've reached my limit

Conversations should be archived/deleted based on customers GDPR settings (AVG instellingen). See their settings in screenshot. Conversations are still visible beyond retention period. Their endusers still see the conversations till january 2025 at least, which shouldnt be the case. Also in exports the customer can also see the data still till at least january 2025 (and maybe longer). Company ID: 3485

After adding a document to the Document Scraper, it should be possible to delete this document from the Agent's knowledge.

Being able to delete a trigger you want removed from Handoff

The Web Crawler is stuck at 0% and will not continue crawling.

You expect to see the privacy statement screen first, once this has been accepted, the user will see the chat.
